Herb-Glazed Roast Chicken with Baby Potatoes & Veggies

Okayyy this right here is Sunday dinner vibes without the stress. Crispy golden chicken thigh, buttery baby potatoes, and tender carrots + green beans all coated in herby pan juices? Comfort food but make it classy.
