Balanced Brunch Plate with Salmon Toast & Fresh Sides

Fresh healthy brunch plate and ultimate clean eating breakfast.

 Ingredients :
For the Salmon Toast:
1 slice whole grain bread, toasted (healthy brunch toast)
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 oz smoked salmon
Pinch black pepper
Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds
For the Tomato Toast:
1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
Pinch salt & pepper
For the Soft-Boiled Egg:
1 egg
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
For the Fresh Sides:
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
