Instructions:
Season the chicken
Pat drumsticks dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear for flavor (optional)
Heat oil in a skillet and brown drumsticks for 3–4 minutes per side.
Make the glaze
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
Bake or cook
Oven: Bake at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, brushing glaze halfway through
Air fryer: Cook at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway
Grill: Grill over medium heat, turning and basting frequently
Glaze & caramelize
Brush extra sauce in the last 5 minutes for that sticky finish.
Serve hot
Let rest a few minutes, then serve with extra sauce if desired.
