Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dredge each Brie cube in flour, dip into egg, then coat with the pistachio mixture.
Place coated Brie bites on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside and soft inside.
In a small saucepan, warm fig jam, honey, and lemon juice over low heat until smooth.
Drizzle the fig honey glaze over the warm Brie bites before serving.
