Greek Grilled Chicken Gyro Grazing Board with Feta Dip

preparation method:

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken strips for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and lightly charred.
Prepare the feta dip by blending feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Arrange cooked chicken on a large grazing board. Surround with pita bread, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and shredded lettuce.
Place the feta dip in the center and garnish everything with fresh parsley and dill.
Serve immediately, allowing everyone to build their own gyro-style bites.
