Sheet Pan Brown Sugar Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
– 4 chicken thighs (or breasts)
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt & pepper to taste
– Mixed veggies
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Prep the pan
Spread broccoli and carrots on a large baking sheet or casserole dish.
3. Add chicken
Place chicken thighs on top of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix:
* melted butter
* brown sugar
* minced garlic
* salt & pepper
Stir until combined.
5. Pour over chicken
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
6. Bake
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internally and gets golden/caramelized.
7. Optional broil
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness and color.
8. Serve
Spoon extra sauce from the pan over the chicken and veggies before serving.
